Terms of Service
Last updated and effective:
1. Who operates Mobrool
Mobrool™ is provided and operated by Mobrool Ltd, the company you contract with under these terms.
Mobrool Ltd is registered in England and Wales. Company number: 17532365.
Registered office: 3 Sweethay Close, Trull, Taunton TA3 7HG.
For questions about these terms, support, complaints or account closure, contact admin@mobrool.live.
2. These terms and the service
These terms apply to your use of Mobrool. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Mobrool provides tools for band and production management, shared diaries, booking enquiries, client communications, song and setlist organisation, and live audience interactions. Available features and usage limits depend on your plan and permissions.
Mobrool supplies software; it is not a party to bookings between performers and clients. Artists and clients remain responsible for their event arrangements, prices, contracts, permissions and commitments. Booking templates and generated documents are not legal advice.
3. Accounts and responsibility
You must have the legal capacity to agree to these terms or obtain any consent required from a parent or guardian. If you act for a band or another organisation, you must be authorised to do so.
Provide accurate account information, keep your login details secure, and only access accounts, diaries and client information you are entitled to use. Account owners are responsible for assigning appropriate team permissions. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use Mobrool for unlawful activity, fraud, impersonation, harassment, unsolicited bulk messaging or infringement of other people's rights. Do not upload unlawful or abusive content, attempt to bypass account permissions or usage limits, interfere with the service, or access another person's private information without permission.
You are responsible for obtaining the rights and consent needed to upload, share or display songs, images, videos, messages and other content, including any permissions needed at events. Use audience-upload and moderation features responsibly.
5. Your content and our intellectual property
You retain your rights in the content you provide. You grant Mobrool only the permission needed to host, process, transmit and display that content to operate the features you choose. This does not transfer ownership of your repertoire, booking information or uploaded media to us.
You decide what to share with clients or audiences through the available features. Do not submit content you are not authorised to use. Mobrool's software, branding and designs remain the property of their respective owners. These terms do not grant rights to copy or redistribute the platform itself.
6. Google and other connected services
Connecting a Google account is optional. When you authorise it, Mobrool uses the permissions granted for the relevant features: sending booking emails through your Gmail account, synchronising diary entries with Google Calendar, and importing availability where selected. Mobrool does not read your Gmail mailbox. If an email send is uncertain, check your Gmail Sent items before attempting to resend; resending an email already sent can create a duplicate.
You are responsible for choosing the intended account and approving the required access. You can revoke Mobrool's access through your Google account settings. Revoking or disconnecting access may interrupt both email and Calendar features; it does not itself delete information already saved in Mobrool.
Google, Stripe and other connected services have their own terms and availability requirements. Their permission restrictions, quotas or outages may affect connected features. Mobrool cannot guarantee that a third-party provider will accept every request or deliver every message.
7. Paid plans, trials and cancellation
Where you choose a paid plan, its price, billing interval, usage limits, applicable taxes and any trial conditions will be shown before you subscribe. Payments are processed through Stripe; its applicable payment terms also apply.
Recurring subscriptions renew for the agreed billing interval until cancelled. If you agree to a trial that converts to a paid subscription, payment begins as disclosed at checkout unless you cancel before the stated deadline. You can manage or cancel a subscription using Manage Billing, or contact us if you cannot access it.
Cancellation stops future renewals. Access normally continues to the end of the paid period, subject to the plan conditions and these terms. Unpaid or failed payments may limit access. Contact us about refunds or billing disputes; nothing here removes any statutory cancellation, refund or other consumer rights.
We will give reasonable advance notice of material changes to subscription pricing or billing terms and an opportunity to cancel before those changes apply.
8. Availability and event planning
We aim to provide a reliable service with reasonable care, but cannot promise uninterrupted access, error-free operation or compatibility with every device. Maintenance, connectivity, security incidents and third-party services can affect availability.
Keep independent copies of important booking details and setlists, and a suitable contingency plan for live events. Check dates, availability, generated documents and delivery status before relying on them. Software availability does not replace your responsibility to confirm an event arrangement directly with the other parties.
9. Liability and your legal rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
For consumers, applicable protections for services supplied with reasonable care and skill continue to apply. To the extent permitted by law, Mobrool is not responsible for indirect business losses, loss of anticipated profit, or failures outside our reasonable control. This does not exclude responsibility for loss for which the law requires us to be liable.
10. Suspension, closure and privacy
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks, unlawful content or unpaid charges. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to resolve it; urgent protection of users or the service may require immediate action.
You may request account closure by contacting us. Handling, retention and deletion of personal data are described in our Privacy Policy & Cookie Notice, which should be read alongside these terms.
11. Changes and disputes
We may update these terms as the service or legal requirements change. The effective date will be shown here. We will give reasonable notice of material changes where practicable, except where an urgent legal or security change requires earlier action. If you do not accept a change, you can stop using the service and contact us about closure or cancellation.
Mobrool is operated in the United Kingdom. These terms are subject to applicable UK law and any mandatory protections that apply where you live. Disputes may be brought in the courts with lawful jurisdiction; these terms do not restrict a consumer's right to use their local courts where the law provides that right.
Please contact admin@mobrool.live first so we can try to resolve a concern.
